The Conti in Cologne had some standout points. I found the staff very helpful, especially when I needed hot water for tea. The location is impressive with close proximity to cool restaurants and local sights. Room comfort was decent, but I encountered some issues. I faced street noise. The mattress was quite hard, and the shower pressure was weak. There were cleanliness concerns too, with stains on the carpet. Wi-Fi was unreliable, leading to connection drops, making it hard to work.

Improve the elevator access limitations!!! Installing air conditioning could greatly enhance comfort!!! Address the noise disturbances from street and pub activities!!! Some room amenities need updating, like the battered pillows and unreliable shower fixtures!!!

I had a really pleasant stay with clean, spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty during my visit. I would definitely return.

This place suits me perfectly. The 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and tv provide everything I need. The staff helped me with shopping during my first stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
